The service was 10/10. Francisco was so helpful during the booking process and gave us a very fair price. Julio, our driver, was so friendly and he arrived to the pick up location early. The limo was in pristine condition with a stocked wet bar. We were able to control the music and tv screens. Price was extremely fair. Would definitely book again!

I can’t say enough about Top Travel Limousine! The drivers are courteous, always on time and a pleasure to talk to. The prices are very reasonable. I switched from VIP to Top Travel because the service is excellent and offered at a fair price. The owner, Franciscu is very down to earth, super accommodating and great guy! He sometimes drives me and I respect an owner who works as hard as his employees. I will not use any other car service, and I highly recommend this company.

I had a terrible experience with Top Travel Limousine for a celebration that ended in a horrible experience. Originally I booked the party bus from 8am to 4pm with the information that if I go over my time, I will be paying at an overtime hourly rate. On Apri 5, 2025 I was informed that there was another reservation at 6:00pm and he will not be able to extend the time. I asked if I can extend to 5:00pm, he said the Max he can do was 4:30pm because the next pick up was in Riverside. I had to make changes in my Itinerary. Top Travel Limousine called me as I am waiting for our Dinner due to the time crunch I was under, Dinner had to be made to go. He said that we were going to leave via Uber because the bus was leaving us. I was so stressed out my day was ruined. All of our gifts and personal items were removed from the bus and left on the ground as we see the bus leaving. This was such a horrible experience. I will never book with Top Travel Limousine and I do not recommend this company. The sad thing is that the Company keeps blaming me and are not taking any responsibility. Why would you book a bus back to back. Never again.

What a disappointment our Saturday 4/12/25 Temecula Trip ended horribly because our Chauffeur was rushing Us and threatened that He had to LEAVE US! He said he had another pickup in Riverside and we were RUSHED so much that was extremely Stressful! He even took our belongings out of the Bus! This is uncalled for and very Unprofessional. Your Company needs better communication and not book back to back Events. We could not enjoy our Dinner at the restaurant we had to take it to go. My stomach hurt so much because of the Stress from being rushed and threatened to be left behind!

Awful service by the company not the driver. We traveled to Temecula and we were completely rushed. We were about to have dinner when suddenly the driver said he was being told to leave us behind and proceeded to leave all of our stuff curbside. We were forced to take our food to go otherwise we told we would have to get an Uber. Our time was cut short because another party was scheduled in Riverside. The company should know better to give themselves enough time between party's. It was unforgivable the lack of respect we received. Our lead person, Cecilia Mendoza deserves some type of compensation for the stress they caused us all. You have no right to Ieave people's belongings on the curb and leave them stranded. Learn to have respect and this has alot to do with pure greed period. The owner unfortunately is not accepting responsibility and doesn't care of the patrons well being, therefore save your sanity and book elsewhere.

I know you are saying that you “gladly” extended the time to 4:30. This is false! We arrived to our house at 4:45. If you gladly extended, then why the rush? Why put our items outside of the party bus? The rush to leave was horrible, the way they put our items outside was a terrible feeling.

I had a terrible experience with Top travel Limousines. We booked a party bus for a special outing, but things went horribly wrong.First, the driver was going to leave us stranded in Temecula, which was incredibly stressful.After a fun day, we were shocked when our belongings were taken off the bus. This left us scrambling to figure out how to get back to Whittier, a significant distance away.We had reservations to eat but ended ordering it to go just so the party bus wouldn’t leave us stranded. The lack of communication and support from the company was appalling.I will never use this company again. If you value your mental health and belongings, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your party bus needs. Save yourself the headache!

My family was very impressed by the limo service that was received for our daughter‘s quinceanera. The driver, Ana was very courteous and patient and felt at ease with such a busy day having her as our driver. We give them a two thumbs up for their services.

We used Top Travel Limousines over the weekend for my daughter’s 13th birthday party with several of her friends. Fransisco was great; he coordinated our event and ensured our driver was on time and had the details of our itinerary. The girls loved all the features of the limo/van from the lights and music to the beverages and TV. He even followed up the next day to see how everything went. We had a great experience with Top Travel Limousines. I’d recommend using them for your next event, as we will definitely be using them again! Thank you!!

10/10 they are so great! We have used them twice now and they are so awesome. The drivers are so sweet and everything was seamless and perfect. Can’t wait for the next event to use them again. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service, very quickly responsive to online inquiry, price was reasonable and very competitive, driver arrived early and took great care of our group of 10 high school seniors going to their winter formal. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again. The kids really loved the party bus atmosphere.

Top Travel has great customer service and made our concert night experience so nice! We rented a sprinter limo for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Our driver Johnny did everything right. Reasonable pricing for a roundtrip ride from the OC to the Hollywood bowl. Easy drop off and pick up. The sprinter was very nice inside with all the amenities of music, tv and AC. Highly recommend these guys and will absolutely use them for our next event!

If I could give them 100 stars I would! We have used this service four times now; two concerts, one trip to LAX and one with family last night to a dinner in LA. The cars, and now Sprinter van last night, are immaculate, always with cold waters perfect temp and super comfortable.The drivers are super nice and know their way around OC and LA (and especially impressive going through concert and LAX traffic, which is a nightmare as you may know).I can’t recommend Francisco and his team more. (And thanks Jason!) In fact, going over in my mind all of our rides with them while writing this, I’ve changed my mind, make it a million stars!

We were so happy with our experience with Top Travel Limousines. Franciscu provided excellent service and communication to set up our plans and contract. We booked for PROM and the customer service and communication throughout the whole process made us feel good about sending our kids off with this service. We had multiple stops and everything ran like clockwork. The driver, Chris, was polite and hospitable. The vehicle we rented (the Mercedes sprinter van) was in excellent condition both interior and exterior. Next time we need a limo or transportation service, I will for sure come back to Top Travel Limousines.

This company is amazing! From start to finish we had amazing customer service. The owner was very responsive and communicated regularly regarding our booking. The driver, Jane, was great and we felt very comfortable sending our kiddos off to prom. We really appreciate everything!
